How often is Nanny Magazine published?
Nanny Magazine has been published since January 2014. The publication was purchased in December 2019 with the goal of relaunching as a digital publication. We publish 4 issues per year (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). Your first issue will arrive depending on the date you subscribed.
What formats can I get a subscription in?
Nanny Magazine is available for subscription in electronic formats. You can purchase past print issues in any format you want in our store.
Can I buy a single issue?
Of course! You can buy a single electronic or print issue of past issues of the magazine HERE!
I don't live in the United States. Can I still purchase the magazine?
Yes! The electronic format will be available to international readers.
I purchased a gift subscription for a friend, but it turns out they already have a subscription. Where is my money going to?
You're a great friend! Now your giftee will receive their second year of Nanny Magazine for free, all because of you!

I JUST SIGNED UP FOR an ELECTRONIC SUBSCRIPTION. DO I NEED TO BUY AN APP TO READ IT ON MY PHONE/IPAD?
Why bother with apps when you can read it straight off our website? Skip over the iTunes step and access it directly!
WHERE DO I GO TO VIEW MY ELECTRONIC ISSUE?
On your desk or bed, wherever you think is best to place your laptop or any other device. To navigate to the magazine on our site however, just check it out under the "read" link at the top of the screen; you will see a link directly to the digital issue archive. Simply click it, log in, and keep reading!
I'M HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY ISSUE. WHO DO I CONTACT?
First check for cheerios in your hard drive. If that's clear, you can contact us here!
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
No, currently we only accept payments through PayPal. However, you can pay with a credit card through PayPal.
I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Don't fret, you can sign up for a PayPal account here.
I ACCIDENTALLY EXITED OUT OF THE PAYPAL WINDOW. HOW DO I GET IT BACK?

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH?
You will receive an email confirming your payment. You will also be sent a password to use in order to access your electronic subscription. You'll want to write that password down before baby brain steps in; the mumbo jumbo we'll send you will be impossible to remember!
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
At the end of your one-year subscription period you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your subscription so it does not automatically renew. We do not offer mid-year cancellations but we are happy to work with you if you have any problems or complaints. You may contact us here, but only if you promise to be nice! We're all adults here, so check your bank account before you sign up, and if you decide you need to cancel later on, you can turn off your automatic renewals through PayPal, as this is not something Nanny Magazine's staff will be able to do for you.
