Celebrate Summer with a Delicious and Easy London Broil Recipe

Wondering what to make your guests at an upcoming Memorial Day cookout? Consider making this delicious London Broil recipe that is not only juicy, but offers a sweet and tangy crust.
- 1 ½-2 lb. London broil
- ¾ cup Italian dressing
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
1) Mix Italian dressing, honey, and soy sauce in a large Ziploc bag.
2) Add London broil to bag and, if possible, let it marinate overnight. The key to a juicy London Broil is how long it marinates; the longer the better!
3) Grill on low heat for 12 minutes, each side. Grill 4 minutes longer per side for well-done meat. If grilling isn’t in season, preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake uncovered for one hour on the lowest rack.
4) Let the meat sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting, to seal in the juices. Serve with your favorite pasta salad or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
