Easy Yogurt Dip and Fruit Skewers

This two-ingredient yogurt dip is a fun and different way to make eating fruit seem more like a treat. You can use wooden skewers for the fruit if your charges are older, otherwise, straws work great for little hands!

Makes 4-6 servings


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-4 Tablespoons brown sugar or honey
  • 2 cups fruit of choice (strawberries, pineapple, banana, apple, melon, etc)
  • Straws or wooden skewers


  1. Combine the yogurt and brown sugar or honey in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Use skewers or straws as skewers for the fruit or serve fruit on the side.
