The International Nanny Association is conducting a survey of nannies across the world. If you have worked as a nanny, specialty nanny, or NCS (newborn care specialist) in the past 12 months, your input is vital in helping INA and our industry gain an accurate picture of the employment trends in our industry. Once complete, the results will be shared with members, agencies, parents, the public, and the media.

The last time the survey was done in 2014, the results helped show that average salary rates increased, education and experience correlate with higher hourly wage, INA Credentialed Nannies averaged $19.96 per hour, 64% were of respondents were paid legally, 71% received guaranteed hours/pay, and 67% have work agreements. The survey findings also revealed a 10% increase in nannies finding jobs online between 2012 and 2014.

Your input will help compare the nanny industry’s growth from 2014 and reveal what trends and benefits we’re seeing now. If you have worked as a nanny, specialty nanny, or NCS in the past 12 months, please take a few minutes and complete this important survey now.
