Have you ever seen a kid turn down a popsicle? I’m not sure it’s happened in the history of popsicles. These power pops offer an immunity boost so delicious, even the pickiest kid will love it! I’ve been on a mission to build up my four-year-old child’s immunity, and this frozen pop does the trick; it has become a beloved treat.

Why is it so good for them? The ingredients are powerful! Coconut milk has vitamins, calcium, and fat needed to activate the benefits of turmeric. Raw honey is loaded with minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Kale is a powerhouse of minerals and vitamins K, C, and A. Banana is a great source of magnesium and vitamin B6, and the fresh squeezed orange juice comes with a boost of vitamin C, A, and B.

Ingredients

·         1 can (13.5 oz), full fat coconut milk

·         ½ teaspoon ground turmeric

·         1 teaspoon vanilla extract

·         2 Tablespoons raw honey

·         1 cup kale leaves

·         1 banana

·         1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Method

1.)   Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.

2.)   Pour into popsicle molds.

3.)   Freeze until completely frozen.
